It's never too soon to learn how to throw pottery on the wheel. In this camp, young artists will have the opportunity to learn, step-by-step, the techniques of centering, opening clay, and pulling up the walls for an impressive first try at the wheel. Guided by our experienced instructor, campers will create several functional ceramic artworks that will be trimmed, glazed, and fired.

*Please note:  We require a week to fire all works, so your camper’s creations must be picked up following the class. Specific instructions for doing so will be provided.
